Find an awarded card in Rewards → Quests
The publisher’s 9 October 2026 screenshot shows an Awarded section under Rewards → Quests, including a golden S$50 cashback card and several S$8 cashback cards. Follow the instructions on the card in your own app.
Those visible awards are evidence of displayed results. They do not establish the date each card was issued, the recipient’s original signup path or whether the cashback has already been credited.
When rewards become available
The V22 terms say Trust aims to make rewards available within 24 hours after validation. This is an aim after validation, not a guaranteed payment within 24 hours of signup. We have not independently timed validation or cashback crediting.
If a reward has not appeared, check whether the Quest actions and validation are complete. Ask Trust through the app about the specific referral; MyReferralPromoCode cannot validate or credit bank rewards.
Where the cashback is credited
V22 lists these destinations in priority order: Trust Freedom card; Trust Link or NTUC Link Credit Card; Savings Account by Trust. If you have more than one listed product, cashback goes to the first applicable product in that order.
Cashback credited to a Trust Freedom Card or Trust Link / NTUC Link Credit Card can only offset its outstanding balance. The terms also say scratch cards are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
When unused scratch cards expire
Unused scratch cards expire at the end of the month following the month of issue. The V22 terms say no extensions or reminders will be provided. Check the date displayed on your own card.
Examples
Illustrative expiry example: a scratch card issued in October 2026 expires at the end of November 2026 if unused. This follows the V22 rule; it is not the issue date of a card in our screenshot.
Illustrative crediting example: if you hold both a Trust Freedom card and a Trust Savings account, the V22 priority order puts cashback on the Freedom card. It offsets the card’s outstanding balance.
