Trust Bank referral eligibility and promotion period
You must be new to Trust, with no existing or cancelled Trust account, and sign up through the Trust app using the referral code. The inviter must have an active Trust account in good standing. Under Member get Member V23, your Quest sets the promotion period and required actions; there is no universal end date in these terms.
Eligible products listed in V23 are the Trust Freedom card, Trust / NTUC Link credit card and Savings account. Signing up for more than one eligible product counts as only one successful referral under these terms.
Referral rewards, credit-card signup Quests and savings interest
Member get Member V23 governs the referral. A credit-card signup Quest is a separate offer for selected new-to-card customers. Its V2 terms allow one scratch card with cashback or stocks, as shown on the card. They do not confirm a fixed new-customer reward amount.
The signup Quest aims to provide the card within 24 hours of successful signup, with SGD cashback credited within 24 hours after scratching. Its unused cards expire after 60 days. Referral cards under Member get Member V23 use validation timing and expire at the end of the following month.
Savings interest is separate from scratch-card cashback. Trust’s Flex plan includes a referral bonus condition that requires you to refer a new credit-card customer who is approved in the month. Entering my code does not automatically satisfy that condition for you.

Member get Member V23 says Trust aims to make referral rewards available within 24 hours after validation. This is not a guaranteed payment within 24 hours of signup. We have not independently timed validation or cashback crediting.
Check Rewards → Quests for the required actions, promotion period and validation status. Member get Member V23 gives a 24-hour availability aim after validation, not after signup. If the reward is still missing, contact Trust through the app with the referral and Quest details. MyReferralPromoCode cannot issue or credit bank rewards.
Under V23, cashback goes to the first applicable product in this order: Trust Freedom card, Trust Link or NTUC Link Credit Card, then Savings Account by Trust. Credit-card cashback offsets the outstanding balance.
