What you get with my Hong Leong referral code
An eligible new account can earn RM8 after you apply with QNSWZ7ZCAH and deposit at least RM50 when opening it. A further RM7 is available if the account has a minimum RM1,500 balance on its first month-end evaluation date. You can receive RM15 in total if you qualify for both parts and allocations remain.
The advertised 5.60% p.a. is an annualised illustration of the fixed RM7 bonus on RM1,500. It is not an ongoing interest rate. A larger balance or keeping the account longer does not increase this promotional RM7 payout.

This offer covers eligible personal and sole-proprietor current or savings accounts, including HLB Islamic accounts, opened through HLB Connect. It is an account-opening promotion, not a credit-card signup reward.
You must be new to the account ownership category you apply for: no active account in that category, and no closure or cancellation of an online account in the same category during the 12 months before the campaign began. The bank's application and promotion eligibility rules still apply.
The RM8 account-opening reward shares an RM46,000 pool with the code-owner rewards, capped at the first 2,000 successful account openings. The RM7 balance bonus has a separate RM14,000 pool for the first 2,000 qualifying accounts. Availability is first come, first served; remaining places are not confirmed here.

For an account opened from 15 September to 31 October 2026, cashback is scheduled by 15 December 2026. For an account opened from 1 to 15 November 2026, it is scheduled by 15 January 2027. The bank credits your newly opened account, which must remain active.
Your first month-end evaluation date is 30 September, 31 October or 30 November 2026, depending on your opening month. For example, an account opened on 10 October needs at least RM1,500 on 31 October to qualify for the RM7 bonus. Topping up in November would miss that October evaluation.
Report missing cashback to HLB by 15 January 2027 for September/October openings, or 15 February 2027 for November openings. These dates follow the official PDF terms.
