Kris+ Personal Experience:

The UI of the app is intuitive, I am manage to navigate to the page that I want to after using it for a few hours. Redemption of the rewards is convenient too. The discount is great and I love some of the 1 for 1 deals.

I find it difficult to sync with my Krisflyer and GooglePay some time, have to contact customer service and seek for their help to resolve the issue.
