TriplePlus rewards: vouchers, rebates and expiry
TriplePlus has separate rewards: the referral offer gives a S$5 voucher after a qualifying first purchase, while TriplePlus$ are rebates earned on eligible dining spend. Check each reward’s own conditions and expiry.

Use the referral voucher on a later visit
The referral voucher lasts 30 days from issue. Use it for dine-in or pick-up at a participating outlet. It cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other vouchers or promotions; one voucher per receipt and one redemption per day apply.
Public holidays, off-in-lieu holidays and special occasions are excluded. Listed special occasions include Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and New Year’s Eve. During F1, acceptance is at the outlet’s discretion.
How TriplePlus$ works
Your membership tier determines the base rebate rate. The supplied screens also show extra rebates with Mastercard. Only eligible spend counts, so the full bill is not always the earning amount.
The FAQ describes TriplePlus$ as credits towards future dining bills. It calculates rebates before tax, service charge and tips, and excludes delivery and various non-qualifying purchases. Read the earning rules for your order.
Check the reward before paying
Open the app to view Vouchers and your TriplePlus$ balance. Show your membership QR code to staff before paying, or sign in through the outlet’s table-ordering system. Confirm which reward is being applied before closing the bill.
Do not assume the referral voucher will stack with a membership voucher. Check the payment screen and the individual terms.
Why you should check the expiry in your account
The official FAQ gives conflicting TriplePlus$ expiry rules: one answer says six months from earning, while others say membership expiry plus one month. Check the date in your account and ask TriplePlus if it is unclear. This conflict concerns rebates, not the referral voucher’s separate 30-day validity.
If the account display does not resolve the discrepancy, contact enquiry@tripleplus.sg. Keep a record of the expiry shown for your own reward.
Examples
A S$5 referral voucher and a S$5 TriplePlus$ balance are two different rewards. Check which one you are selecting at payment; having both does not establish that you can combine them.
If your first eligible transaction is S$30, the referral voucher is still S$5. The offer is a fixed voucher, not a percentage of that purchase.
